We have experience in Marketing Strategy, Business Development, Content Marketing & Writing, Creative Direction & Design, Digital & Web, Public Relations, Videography & Motion Graphics, Photography, Events and Social Media. Collectively, we help clients better understand their business objectives, and create the best solutions that accelerate brands.

Together, our experience helps us develop, build and launch inspiring & effective Marketing & Communications programs for our clients. Our work has taken us across North America and internationally, and we bring this breadth of experience to all our assignments. Each project and campaign we work on is an opportunity to tell a new brand story, or market a business, industry or service in a unique way. Sarah Eadie | Founder & Managing Director

Sarah is an entrepreneurial leader at heart and loves the ability to grow business and brands. She blends Marketing, Communications, Brand and growth strategies that drive results, and take companies to the next level.

Clients call her a Brand Architect because that’s what she does best. Find her building, launching and developing Brand Strategy + Growth Frameworks for her clients.

Studying with some of the best international business leaders and consultants, Sarah understands the need for sound Business Strategy, supported by innovative and thoughtful Marketing, Communication & Brand programs. Her professional experience includes a focus on Marketing Strategy, Business Development, Corporate Communications & Public Relations, Branding and Events. She’s gained experience across a broad range of Marketing and Communications channels, leading teams and service lines across Canada, the U.S. and Latin America for global Fortune 500 companies, and some of Canada’s top brands. As a Marketing & Communications Executive, she has built teams and divisions from the ground up: developing new practice areas of companies, service lines and country-level Marketing & Communications.

Full-Stack Marketing & Communications is her forte.

Sarah is energized by solving complex business problems, defining new brands and ideas, and working alongside people who love what they do.

Margie M.

Margie is part Creative Director, part Brand visionary. She works with clients to realize their goals through Design, Brand and creative executions. She has always been driven by the challenge of balancing the line between art + commerce.  

A love for business, creative thought and helping others succeed has fuelled her passion for design and creative direction.

Solopreneur, start-up or global icon, Margie loves immersing herself in client’s stories and applying her years of experience to define, design and elevate their presence in the marketplace. 

 

Leanne M.

Print and digital graphic designer; 2D illustrator and animator; video and podcast editor; social media fiend; music festival fan and all-round positive attitude holder. Not necessarily in that order. Leanne is an all-around powerhouse when it comes to design, branding and social media. Find her serving up fresh ideas and delivering exceptional client service along the way.

 

Damian B.

He’s the perfect blend of style, design and personality. Damian is a Designer and RGD with over 15 years of experience supporting start-ups, medium size clients, and global brands. He has worked in both agency, and in-house, and loves connecting with clients to help realize what’s needed.

He believes that a brand is your only chance to make the best possible first impression. Customers make an inordinate amount of assumptions about a company based purely on how it presents itself. They can instantly make a judgement call on you and your entire business - so, you had better look the part.

Your brand should speak to who you are. Everything from your logo, to your colours, to the typeface you use needs to be fully considered and designed to be a true representation of your purpose. This is how brands build depth and meaning, and identities that encourage engagement.

A powerhouse and bonafide typography nerd, Marlo leads Design, Brand and Digital projects with energy and insightfulness. Form and function are what matter to her most, and as a former teacher of Brand - she ensures client work meet the mark with strategic and effective solutions.

A love for creating an evolving Digital Marketing, Genco looks to help clients and brands evolve digital products, applications & websites with better user experiences. Every solution is forged at the junction of intuitive usability, emotional desirability, brand story and business goals.
